A Safe, Welcoming Place For Youth Ages 5–13
Open Arms Youth Center of Red Bluff is a nonprofit youth program created to support children and families in our community. We provide a safe, caring, and structured environment where children can learn, play, build friendships, and grow in confidence. Our program offers indoor games, leadership activities, creative projects, homework support, and positive social interaction. We welcome children ages 5–13 and focus on helping each child feel valued, supported, and encouraged.
